I have covid and a positive PCR I can not travel. What next?
FREE REBOOKING
We will transfer your booking to another date within 3 months (barring peak seasons) or issue you a letter to your insurance in which you can claim your money back via the insurance company rescinding the gift voucher, with proof of positive PCR.
If you test positive during your stay you will need to self-isolate in a private room or another accommodation venue,
The room upgrade or any other expenses that occur will be chargeable along with your pre-booked package.
We will not issue refunds once checked in. Your pre-booked package and activities will need to be paid for.
