Deposit: The deposit of 50% is non-refundable. Your booking is secured as soon as payment is received. We can change your holiday dates on request, subject to availability, within 24 hours of booking.

Postponements: Postponements are like-for-like bookings and are non-transferable to another person.

Postponements must be taken within 8 weeks and not during peak periods

In case of force majeure, we will postpone your booking with a gift card/ voucher for a stay within 12 weeks of the check-in date or until it is safe to do so.

Payments: The remaining balance is to be paid on check-in, either in cash or online. Once checked in, your entire stay is billable regardless of an early checkout. 

Card payments incur a 1.5% charge

Cancellations: 100% payment is liable if a cancellation is made within 4 weeks of the arrival date.

Amayour Surf Sarl reserves the right to cancel due to a lack of attendees at any point. We offer a change of location first. We hold no responsibility for the loss of airfares.

Refunds: Lessons and trips are non-transferable to other parties or for other activities.

Refunds are not applicable for opting out of your session due to factors such as tiredness, sickness or your personal expectations.

Non-package bookings:  A  late cancellation fee is charged at 50% for booked non-participation.

Late cancellations for activities are counted as less than 12 hours before.

If you book a meal and do not attend, it is still charged to your bill.

Passports & Visa: It is the passenger’s responsibility to carry a valid passport and obtain the appropriate visa to enter Morocco. Please ensure passports are valid for a minimum of 6 months beyond your date of arrival for the trip. 

Sickness and injury: Amayour Surf is not liable for any accidents or sickness that may occur during your stay. 

Safe space: We run a safe space. If you experience any indiscretions, please bring them up with the owner ASAP. We will not accept any bad behaviour deemed unacceptable by management. Guests conducting themselves poorly will be asked to leave.

Health & fitness: It is your responsibility to ensure you have a suitable level of fitness to undertake your surf trip or yoga retreat. Seek the advice of your doctor for specific health recommendations for travel to the region you are visiting and/or for any pre-existing health concerns. 

Amayour reserves the right to ask for a current medical certificate stating you are fit to partake in a trip. Any medical expenses or related costs incurred during your trip are not the liability of Amayour. 

We can extend your package if there is availability.

Every service used outside of the package is chargeable.

Packages are bundled into discounted packages. If you choose not to participate in an arranged activity, this is non-refundable.

Booked taxis that are missed will be added to your bill.

Our drivers are always waiting for you, they will wait up to an hour for free.

All transfers not to Agadir airport are booked on behalf of the client, and no contract will exist between Amayour and the client for the provision of this service. 

All monies for such services are payable directly to the service provider. 

Amayour accepts no responsibility for injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, irregularity or costs incurred that may arise from the use of these services. 

Amayour can give no guarantee of exact times of arrival or departure of any service and will not be liable for failure to make connections to other services.

Surfing is a sport that relies on nature and the weather.

 Amayour Surf instructors will take you to the best spot for your lesson and the conditions. Even if surfing is deemed to be not possible after driving to a surf spot on a given day, it will still count as a ‘session’. 

Equipment: Any damage or breakage of the equipment is liable by the guest. We offer board insurance at €6 per day 

Weather & Conditions: In the event of poor weather or poor surf, the passenger shall have no claim against Amayour Surf. We are not responsible for bad surfing conditions.

Nevertheless, there may be days when there is poor weather, dangerous conditions or low-quality waves that make it difficult or impossible to surf.  We try our best to find an alternative activity

Unfortunately, we can neither control nor predict these factors. 

Surfing lessons or surf guiding start when we leave Amayour Surf and end when we return. Even when conditions are so poor as to make it impossible to surf, these events will be counted as a lesson/guide/trip.

Surf guiding: In the instances of surf guiding, our instructors are merely guiding the guests to surf beaches. The guidance is for informational purposes only, and is not meant as expert advice or opinion and is not intended to be relied upon as surfing or safety advice. 

Amayour are not in any way responsible for the client's safety or for injury or death whilst surfing.

Yoga equipment: All yoga mats and equipment are classed as rentable equipment.

Damaged equipment: Any damage to equipment will be the responsibility of the guests, including the breaking of surfboards and suits. This included surf rentals from our shop and hostel property.

You can opt for board insurance, which is €6 per day.n

 Amayour Surf Sarl booking conditions:

These are the Booking Conditions applicable to holidays booked with Amayour Surf Sarl and should therefore be read carefully. Should any part of these conditions become invalid or unenforceable, this will not affect the validity of the remainder of these conditions.

Holiday contract:

The person signing the booking form must read and accept these Booking Conditions. In the case of a group booking, the group leader or « lead name » must have the authority to sign on behalf of everyone in the group. 

The lead name will be responsible for the full cost of the holiday, including insurance premiums, cancellations and amendment charges. No booking contract exists between Amayour Surf Sarl and the client until the booking form has been received. We reserve the right to refuse to accept bookings in our absolute discretion without stating the reason for doing so. Please inform us immediately if there are any discrepancies in the costs or details of your booking.

Risk acceptance/entry form:

It is a condition of entry onto each trip that the risk acceptance waiver must be read and agreed upon before arrival. 

In booking with Amayour, the passenger acknowledges that all trips/tours involve inherent risks that may not be present in the case of conventional or less demanding and active holidays. 

In accepting the risk involved, passengers acknowledge the decision to travel has been made after due consideration of relevant travel information, and no liability exists to Amayour or the service provider.

Responsibility:

Amayour may act as an agent in the arrangement of travel services (e.g. Marrakech transfers are not supplied by Amayour) and accepts no liability for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, irregularity or costs incurred that may arise to any passenger or third party resulting from the passengers or third party’s use. 

Some of our service providers (e.g. Transfer Companies) will have additional booking conditions. As agents for these providers, we do not take responsibility for any omission, default, neglect or accuracy of any information or statement made by them. Some service providers may require additional booking forms to be completed in order for reservations to be completed.

Prices:

All prices are in euros unless otherwise stated. Upon making your booking, the price of your holiday will not normally be subject to change, however, we reserve the right to increase or decrease prices due to variations in service charges, insurance/security levels or exchange rates. 

Once a booking has been made, discounts cannot be applied retrospectively. 

A deposit is required at the time of booking. 

Once confirmation has been dispatched, the deposit is non-refundable. 

Personal Cancellation:

If you are obliged to cancel your booking, you should write to Amayour Surf Sarl immediately. The * Cancellation under 1 month before - loss of 100% of holiday cost. Cancellation made before 1 month of your deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellation of the holiday by Amayour Surf Sarl:

Amayour Surf Sarl reserves the right in any circumstance to cancel your holiday. However, in no case will we cancel your holiday less than 8 weeks before the scheduled departure except for reasons of ‘Force Majeure which include war, political unrest, strikes, acts of God, epidemics, natural and technical disasters, closure of ports and aircraft or unless the clients default we will default to a redeemable voucher for a like for like booking.

Alterations to your holiday by Amayour Surf Sarl:

It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your holiday, but occasionally small changes may be made, which we reserve the right to do at any time. Most of these changes are minor, and we will advise you at the earliest possible date.

General:

Amayour Surf Sarl holidays start and finish where stated on your invoice or booking confirmation. 

We are not responsible for your travel to or from this point or for any expenses, including travel accommodation, subsistence and loss of earnings, caused by delayed return to your departure point, however caused.

Airport transfers:

It may sometimes be necessary to combine, on certain transfers, customers arriving or departing on more than one flight, which may require additional waiting time at your airport or accommodation. 

Sometimes our airport transfers are contracted to a local agency. Please note that departure times are 3 hours before your flight departure from your accommodation.

Holiday termination and indemnity:

While staying with Amayour Surf Sarl, clients are expected to behave in an orderly and acceptable manner and are expected to accept responsibility for their conduct and their party. 

Should their behaviour threaten the condition of the accommodation or vehicles or seriously impair the enjoyment of other guests, Amayour Surf Sarl reserves the right to refuse to further accommodate the guilty party, and contractual obligations will be terminated. The guilty party will be liable for the cost of any damage caused.

Insurance:

Everyone booking a holiday with Amayour Surf Sarl must have full travel insurance.

Amayour Surf Sarl accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage to persons or property during their stay, delay to their flights and or loss of trip due to force “Force Majeure”

Guests must obtain their insurance independently.

During your stay, photos and videos may be taken for promotional purposes. By booking, you grant consent for Amayour Surf to use any such images or recordings that include you on its website, social media channels, and other marketing materials. If you do not wish to appear in any media, you must inform a member of staff on site and confirm your request in writing via email.
