5 Morning yoga on our infamous rooftop 08:00-09:00 am (3/5/8 lessons on a 5/7/10 day stay respectively)

AIRPORTS/TRANSPORT
Taxi
The nearest airport to Taghazout is Agadir International ( AGA) 50 minute taxi ride of 300 DH /€30
350 DH / €35 to The Mountain Lodge.
Essaouira Airport is €80 and 2.5 hours away.
Or from Agadir bus station for €15/150dh.
All transfers are payable directly to the drivers.
Our driver can pick you up from Agadir Airport or Essaouira Airport and bring you to our door.
We are situated behind the square where you arrive by bus or taxi.
If you book a transfer and do not take it, it will be charged to your bill
CASH
The currency is the Moroccan Dirham MAD, Morocco is mainly a cash-driven economy,
It is advisable to exchange money in Morocco after landing not in your country of origin.
We take Euros & MAD- our billing system is in EURO for ease - we do a live conversion.

We have high-speed wifi in the hostel.
Phone coverage is good.
If you are planning to stay for a while, you can get a local SIM card.
YOGA
We have daily yoga lessons at 8.00 please notify the teacher of any injuries and level of yoga.
Yoga mats are rental tables at €3 if you want to practice on your own,
SURF
We surf every day weather permitting, taking you to the surf spot is included as a session, we will take you to the spot that fits your level - If it is un-surfable we are not able to refund
We will not refund or exchange lessons due to incremental weather or sickness.
Lessons are non-transferable from one guest to another
WEATHER & CLOTHING
During the winter season, it is warm during the day and cold at night. This is an outside lifestyle.
Bring something warm for the evenings on the terraces.
Morocco is a liberal Muslim country. Both men and women are fine to wear shorts and T-shirts. Beachwear, as with most beach resorts in Europe, is for the beach. It’s advisable to cover up a little whilst walking through town.
We can provide a laundry service for you.
TOWELS
Shower towels are provided free of charge, please bring your own beach towel.
ALCOHOL
Taghazout is a dry town.
There are however a few bars in town, Munga Dfrost Amouge and World of Waves., Raddison blue
FOOD
We have a wonderful nightly menu that we are known for, Please email us about your dietary requirements & any speciality food items, please bring from Europe.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
At Amayour Surf & Yoga we can cater to most dietary requirements with advanced notice. Please let us know at the time of booking. Due to the nature of our kitchen, we cannot cater to extreme celiac disease.
All our fish is freshly caught and our meat is halal.
MEDICAL
No vaccinations are required for Morocco and anti-malarial precautions are not necessary.
In case of an emergency, there are hospitals and clinics in Agadir.
Medical charges will apply according to the treatment received so make sure you have travel insurance before you arrive.
There is a well-stocked pharmacy in Taghazout which is open every day with a qualified and knowledgeable pharmacist.
Amayour Surf & Yoga is not responsible for injuries in or out of the hostel.
It may be advisable to take probiotics before you visit Morocco.
You must have travel insurance and are responsible for this.
Please tell us on check-in of any underlying health conditions.
VISA
No visa is required from the EU. Please check visa requirements if you are a national of a country outside of the EU.

Taghazout is used to tourists and aggression to tourists is not taken lightly.
We have a safe space policy for solo female travellers,
Please report any incidents immediately to the owners. We will not tolerate any behaviour that makes our guests feel at risk. We will tell guests who are not behaving in a manner that we feel is conducive to wellbeing of other guests to leave.
